Arnaud Pieton

Chief Executive Officer. Executive Director. French. 50 years old.

Arnaud Pieton is Chief Executive Officer of Technip Energies. Mr. Pieton served as President of TechnipFMC’s Subsea business segment from October 2018 to October 2020. From January 2017 to October 2018, Mr. Pieton served as Executive Vice President People & Culture of TechnipFMC. From January 2004 to January 2017, Mr. Pieton served in a number of leadership positions at Technip, including as President Asia Pacific Region covering subsea and onshore/offshore operations and other subsea assignments in Paris, Houston and Kuala Lumpur. Prior to joining Technip in 2004, he held several positions at Serimax, part of Vallourec Group.

Mr. Pieton holds a master’s degree in material science & welding from Polytech Nantes and attended executive education programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Christophe Bélorgeot

Senior Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs

Christophe Bélorgeot is Senior Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs of Technip Energies, also in charge of Marketing. Previously, he was Senior Vice President Corporate Engagement of TechnipFMC and Executive Officer.

Christophe Bélorgeot joined Technip in 2005 within the Strategy department before moving to various communications functions. Earlier in his career he held positions in both the public and private energy sectors, in France and in the United States. Those positions were in the energy sector giving him a broad vision and understanding of the company’s industry. Christophe Bélorgeot holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from ENSIGC.

Wei Cai

Chief Technology Officer

Wei Cai is Chief Technology Officer of Technip Energies. Before joining Technip Energies, Wei Cai spent more than 18 years at GE Research, where she held various leadership roles including General Manager of the GE Global Research Center in Shanghai, and later at GE Research headquarters in New York as Executive Business Program Manager, Executive Technology Director- Functional Materials and more recently as Executive Energy Transformation Technology Leader.

Wei Cai also served a dual role as the Inclusion & Diversity leader for GE Research from 2020 to 2021. She holds a PhD in Material Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Wei Cai had more than 40 patents filed and authored numerous journal articles.

Magali Castano

Chief People Officer

Magali Castano is Chief People Officer of Technip Energies, having previously served as Senior Vice President of People & Culture.

She served as Vice President People & Culture of TechnipFMC’s Technip Energies segment since March 2020. Prior to this role, Magali Castano served as TechnipFMC’s Vice President Human Resources & Communications Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa from January 2017 and as Vice President People Development, Corporate, from January 2018. From 2011 to December 2016, she served in various Human Resources leadership positions at Technip, including as Head of Talent Management Region Europe, Africa and India and as Vice President Talent Management, Corporate. 

Prior to joining Technip, Magali Castano served for 10 years in various Human Resources management positions in Shell’s Downstream Europe organization. She started her career in Human Resources at PSA Group. Magali Castano holds a master’s degree in business from HEC Paris.

Loïc Chapuis

Chief Operating Officer

Loïc Chapuis is Chief Operating Officer of Technip Energies. Loïc joined Technip Energies in 2006 serving corporate activities in strategic development for two years. From 2007 until 2012, he held various business and development positions for major projects both in Paris and Asia, including the Shell Prelude FLNG project. Between 2012 and 2021, Loïc Chapuis was involved in several operational roles on large Onshore and Offshore Projects from Project Control oi to Project Director and was part of the Yamal LNG and Arctic LNG2 ventures. In 2021, he was appointed to the roles of Senior Vice President of the Paris Business Unit and Technip France Managing Director. Since 2022, he served as Senior Vice President of the Gas & Low Carbon Energies business line.

Loïc Chapuis holds a master’s degree in engineering from École Polytechnique Paris and a master’s degree in business and strategy from HEC Paris.

Naïla Giovanni

Chief Digital & Information Officer

Naïla Giovanni is Chief Digital & Information Officer of Technip Energies, appointed in January 2024. With over 25 years of experience in business transformation, she forged a career in consulting before moving into industry.

Before joining Technip Energies, Naïla Giovanni spent over 12 years at Vallourec. As Chief Digital & Information Officer, she initiated and managed the company’s digital and IT transformation program. As Chief Transformation Officer, she led strategic projects around energy transition and performance improvement, contributing to the cultural transformation of the company. Prior to this, she was Director of Internal Audit.

Naïla Giovanni began her career in consulting at Arthur Andersen (now BearingPoint), where she worked for 12 years on digital, organizational and strategic transformation plans for industrial groups, and at Oracle Consulting, where she worked on ERP implementation programs.

She holds an advanced diploma in accounting and finance (DESCF) from Bordeaux University.

Michael McGuinty

Chief Legal Officer

Michael McGuinty is Chief Legal Officer of Technip Energies. Prior to joining Technip Energies in 2021, Michael McGuinty was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Valaris plc. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of TAQA, the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company. Michael spent 18 years with Schlumberger where he held various senior legal positions in Paris, the Middle-East and the United States. He began his career in private practice in Canada and France specializing in corporate and commercial law. He holds a law degree from Aix-Marseille university and a degree in common law and civil law from McGill University.

Alain Poincheval

Chief Operating Officer of Reju

Alain Poincheval is Chief Operating Officer of Reju, an innovative Polyester textile regeneration company. He started his career with the company in 1987 as Process Engineer in Paris. After 10 years, he moved to offshore project management both for subsea facilities and offshore platform & floater project in the successive positions of Project Control Manager, Project Manager, Project Director, then Executive Project Director. 

Between 2007 and 2011, Alain Poincheval was Project and Consortium Director of the Pazflor project for Total E&P Angola. From 2011 to 2017, Alain Poincheval was Project and Consortium Director of Shell FLNG Prelude Project. In 2016, he became Fellow Executive Project Director. In 2017, he was appointed Senior Vice President for the Paris Business Unit. Since 2021, he had been Fellow Executive Project Director. Alain Poincheval is a graduate of the Grenoble Institute of Technology (INPG).

Bruno Vibert

Chief Financial Officer

Bruno Vibert is Chief Financial Officer of Technip Energies. He previously served as Vice President Finance for TechnipFMC’s Onshore/Offshore business (now Technip Energies) from 2017 to 2020. Bruno Vibert joined Technip in 2014 serving as Chief Accounting and Treasury Director for the North America region up to 2016 when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Yamal LNG Project.

Prior to joining Technip, Bruno Vibert was a partner at Fair Links and senior manager at Ernst & Young, where he specialized in the energy industry after beginning his career at Arthur Andersen. Bruno Vibert holds a master's degree in finance from ESCP Europe in Paris and holds an advanced degree in accounting and finance (DESCF).

Marco Villa

Chief Business Officer

Marco Villa is Chief Business Officer of Technip Energies. He has previously served Technip Energies’ Chief Operating Officer. In 2017, he was TechnipFMC’s President Onshore/Offshore (now Technip Energies) for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. From 2003 until 2017, Marco served in a number of leadership positions at Technip, including as President Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa, Regional President and Chief Executive Officer, Regional Chief Financial Officer and Export & Project Finance Manager of Technip Italy. 

Prior to joining Technip, he worked as a finance specialist for Finmeccanica, an Italian multinational company specializing in aerospace, defense and security, and as the Head of the Finance and Risk Management Division of Telespazio (Telecom Italia Group), a European spaceflight services company. 

Marco Villa graduated with honors with a degree in economics from Rome University.

Charles Cessot

Senior Vice President T.EN X – Consulting & Products

Charles Cessot is Senior Vice President T.EN X – Consulting & Products. He previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Strategy overlooking Strategy, Investments, Digital and Innovation. Prior to that, he served as Corporate Development Vice President at TechnipFMC and as Corporate Development Vice President and M&A Manager at Technip.

Prior to joining Technip in July 2011, Charles Cessot primarily assisted energy customers as a manager at Ernst & Young across transaction services, advisory and audit engagements. He holds a master’s degree in finance from ISC Paris and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Damien Eyriès

Chief Executive Officer of Rely

Damien Eyriès is Chief Executive Officer of Rely. He started his career in Axens and joined Technip in 2006 as a start-up and commissioning engineer. He held different roles over the last 15 years in Project Management, Business Unit Management in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to being appointed CEO of Rely, Damien Eyriès was Vice-President of the Green Hydrogen Value Chain Business Unit for Technip Energies. 

He holds a master's degree from IFP School and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines in Nancy.

Patrik Frisk

Chief Executive Officer of Reju

Patrik Frisk is the Chief Executive Officer of Reju, a company working to allow polyester to be recycled at unprecedented speed and scale. Reju is powered by Technip Energies.

Patrik Frisk has spent decades as a leader in the apparel and footwear industries. Prior to joining Reju, he was the CEO of Under Armour between 2017 - 2022, where he navigated the company through the COVID-19 pandemic while maintaining its position as a top-three global sports apparel brand. From 2014 - 2017, Patrik Frisk was the CEO of ALDO Group where he led footwear, accessory, and apparel brands Aldo, Call it Spring, and GLOBO. Between 2004-2014, he held numerous leadership roles at various outdoor swimwear and sports apparel brands including North Face, Timberland, JanSport, lucy, SmartWool, Vans, Timberland, Peak Performance, Gore-Tex, and Reef.

Davendra Kumar

Senior Vice President Deputy One T.EN Delivery and MD India

Davendra Kumar is Senior Vice President Deputy One T.EN Delivery and MD India of Technip Energies, and was appointed as Managing Director, India Business Unit on June 1, 2021.

Davendra Kumar started his career in 1991 and joined the Group as Project Engineer in 1994. Having held various leadership positions in the India Business Unit, he brings 30 years of extensive experience in project management, business development, procurement, project services and general management. In 2018, Davendra Kumar was appointed as Director of Mumbai operations and subsequently took charge of the Delhi Center in 2019 in addition to leading project management for the India Business Unit.

Christophe Malaurie

Senior Vice President Decarbonization Solutions

Christophe Malaurie is Senior Vice President Decarbonization Solutions of Technip Energies. He has previously served as SVP of Genesis, a market-leading consulting company, and Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific overlooking the entire Technip Energies business in Asia Pacific based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Before this assignment, Christophe Malaurie spent 7 years in Australia (Perth) where he held several operational roles including Vice President operations, Vice President subsea business and the position of Managing Director of Technip Energies Australia.

Prior to joining Technip Energies, Christophe Malaurie worked in various industries including automotive and infrastructure. He holds a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Bhaskar Patel

Senior Vice President Sustainable Fuels, Chemicals and Circularity

Bhaskar Patel is Senior Vice President Sustainable Fuels, Chemicals and Circularity of Technip Energies. Bhaskar Patel has more than 35 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, holding positions of responsibility in both operations and business development. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University. 

Since 2012, Bhaskar Patel has held several leadership positions, most notably as Senior Vice President Process Technology and Americas Business Unit (2021 to 2022), as Managing Director of Technip Energies India (2015 to 2021), and in a corporate role reporting to the CEO and COO managing the Company’s Key Accounts, Tendering and Proposals (2012 to 2015).

Bhaskar Patel has worked in several countries including the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, France, India and the U.A.E. Prior to Technip Energies, Bhaskar Patel worked at KBR from 1989 to 2006, starting as a process engineer and progressing to several positions of increasing responsibilities, attaining the position of Global Head of Sales/Proposals at KBR.

Mario Tommaselli

Senior Vice President Gas & Low Carbon Energies

Mario Tommaselli is Senior Vice President Gas & Low Carbon Energies. Previously, he was Senior Vice President One T.EN Delivery of Technip Energies. He also served as Senior Vice President, Americas Business Unit, and from 2014 to 2019 as Executive Program Director for the multi-billion dollar Sasol petrochemical complex in Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA. From 2010 to 2013, Mario Tommaselli was VP in charge of the Regional Business Unit including the Russian Federation, South East Europe and Central Asia. Prior to that he was Project Director Oil Sands Upgrader project in Canada and previously for the Cartagena Refinery.

Mario Tommaselli started his career in 1992 in the Group in the Process Department where he became head of Process Engineering before moving to project management. He has spent most of his career in our company working internationally and with multiple operating centers. He is graduated from Napoli University in Chemical Engineering and he is Professional Engineer in Alberta Canada.

Senior Vice President Sales

Christophe Virondaud is Senior Vice President Sales of Technip Energies. Since January 2017, he has served as Senior Vice President of Business Development Onshore/Offshore (now Technip Energies segment) for TechnipFMC’s Europe, Middle East, India and Africa region. Christophe served for 18 years in a number of business development and operational leadership positions at Technip, including Vice President of Business Development for Major Projects and for Middle East and was Managing Director of the Abu Dhabi and Doha offices.

Prior to joining Technip in September 2002, Christophe Virondaud held positions in business development and sales for far east countries for technology licensing at IFP/Axens. He holds master’s degrees in engineering from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris and from École Nationale Supérieure du Pétrole et des Moteurs.
