Our India operating center has been awarded the 'Best CSR Project of the Year' by the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry for its flagship CSR program 'Seed of Hope'. This is a remarkable feat as we competed with more than 60 large French companies established in India that have demonstrated excellence in their respective fields.

The award was presented on November 24 in New Delhi during a ceremony to our colleagues, RK Gupta, Sr. Vice President & Head Estimation, Pinaki Sanyal, Communication Head and Gautam Dey, Lead CSR & Sustainability. Representing the French Embassy in India was Damien Syed.

Commenting on this recognition, Davendra Kumar, Managing Director of our India operating center said, "We are very proud and happy to receive this prestigious award from the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry. We are committed to balancing social, environmental, and economic capital in the ecosystems where we operate. Our 'Seed of Hope' initiatives reflect our dedication to creating a positive impact on the communities we serve, going beyond business and building a better tomorrow.”

Launched in 2015, ‘Seed of Hope’ aims to promote inclusive growth and environmental sustainability in the communities where the company operates. It has impacted over 90,000 lives by focusing on education, healthcare, skill development, gender diversity and environmental conservation.

Over the years, the ‘Seed of Hope’ program has received many coveted awards and recognition, including a CSR award conferred by the President of India, ‘Best Innovative Practices on SDGs’ in the private sector category conferred by UN Global Compact Network India (GCNI) and a Special Jury Recognition award for ‘Empowering Rural Population’ in the Large Enterprise category conferred by the Indian Chamber of Commerce.
