We believe in diversity and value equality. Diverse teams bring forward the solutions that will transform the world and contribute to the success of Technip Energies. That's why we support the UN International Day of Women and Girls in Science, which takes place on February 11.

Science, engineering, technology, and mathematics (STEM) are part of our daily operation. We engage our most passionate women and men to empower and motivate young students, in particular girls to have equal opportunities and become the future leaders that will solve the world’s energy challenges.

In 2021, more than 5,000 students on all continents took part in initiatives such as the Shine Program in Malaysia, which provides study funds, internships, career opportunities, and adoption of schools in under-served communities.

Our initiatives take place across the world, from Australia to France, India to USA, Italy to Kuwait.

We can’t succeed working alone: collaboration with a wide ecosystem including with universities, medium and high schools, associations who specialize in STEM help us provide scholarships, mentoring, educational materials and equipment, and we promote discovery events and knowledge transfer.

Equally important, we celebrate women who achieve success in technological disciplines.

Our activities always have the same goal – to make our industry known for offering an exciting and attractive career path for women and girls.
